The team visited local rural communities and special education schools, delivering care and condolences to left-behind children, students with disabilities and lonely elderly people. On the day of the event, the volunteer team was divided into two groups. One group visited the local special education school, presenting stationery, books, daily necessities and customized relief supplies to students with disabilities. The other group of volunteers headed to surrounding rural areas to visit families of lonely elderly people and left-behind children. They delivered supplies such as food and daily necessities, helped the elderly clean their rooms and tidy up clothes, and chatted with them to relieve loneliness, while carefully inquiring about their physical health and daily lives.
Volunteers also had heart-to-heart talks with left-behind children, learned about their study and living conditions, tutored their schoolwork and presented school supplies, enabling them to feel the warmth and care from the enterprise. In addition, combining its own corporate features, the volunteer team provided feasible employment consultation and targeted assistance suggestions for local needy families in need.
