Recently, Jiangsu Ruyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruyu Machinery") grandly convened the 2026 Annual Strategic Planning Seminar in the multi-functional conference hall of the company’s headquarters. Senior management, department heads and core key employees gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on key topics including the company’s development blueprint, core business upgrading and digital transformation. The seminar consolidated consensus on development, clarified annual goals, and charted the course for the company’s high-quality development in the new year.
At the seminar, the General Manager first reviewed the business achievements of 2025, and fully recognized the accomplishments of all departments in printing machinery R&D, market expansion, customer services and other fields. As a national high-tech enterprise with the most complete range of sheet-fed perfecting printing presses in China, Ruyu Machinery continued to delve into its core business in 2025 and optimize its product portfolio. Meanwhile, the General Manager objectively analyzed the development trends of the current machinery manufacturing industry, the market competition landscape, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the company in intelligent and digital transformation and production capacity improvement.
Subsequently, heads of various departments delivered reports on the work review of 2025 and preliminary work plans for 2026. Core departments including the R&D Department, Production Department and Sales Department elaborated on annual work priorities, target tasks and implementation plans. During the open discussion session, participants combined their job responsibilities to freely share views and insights on core themes such as printing machinery product innovation, intelligent production line upgrading, market layout optimization and team building, putting forward numerous targeted and practical suggestions.
